This is actually so funny because I recorded this in February and just never published it... so wild to think where I am at now and my journey with acting and returning to the craft that brings me so much love and joy.

I will do an updated episode to give the girly pops a half way mark update because a lot has changed and I definitely feel like a completely different person but also exactly myself at the same time.

If I can leave one note from the future of when this was recorded, was girl you made the right choice and always, ALWAYS listen to that dream inside of you.

Also lol to give some context of what you're listening to, this is me earlier this year when I got into a full time acting course and decided to take the leap and do something that I am so deeply in love with and so excited to see where the journey keeps taking me.

Why do we all, find it so very hard to just be ourselves? Authenticity is the only thing we really know, on a personal level, we are the only ones who know as as truely as another does, but why cant we just be that person?

In a world where we now have the ability to control a certain image of the world of how we want to be seen, why do we always do it for the other? Why can we not show up authentically as ourselves?

This has been the undertone of my life, I ran so very far away from my truth just in the hopes that no one would notice me being different. I just wanted to be pretty, to be hot, to be accepted, I just didnt want to be me.

I couldn't be more proud of how far I have come, how much I truely love myself and how good it feels to step into this new phase of my life, shedding my old insecure skin and stepping into my most confident self.

I hope this episode inspires you to love yourself from the iinside out and know that you are divinely created to look exactly as you are, right at this moment, because you are you, and thats enough.

Self love can feel like many different things, it is a journey, a never ending road but I know we all feel this on a certain level and wish we can create a world where pure authenticity and truth is celebrated, on a physical and emotional level, all across the world.

We are so back baby!

This ep is honestly a full on deep dive on where I have been, studying somatic healing and living my best life in Bali and Japan. We really go deep into where the hell I have been at in the past year, moving back home, my training in bali, and now settling back into home life in my new super cute apartment, living my sex and the city life in Melbourne (not really at all but the apartment is cute)!

I have been away and needed some time to feel like I really was ready to talk about somatic healing, and why it is seriously the best thing in the world, how I have changed from my training, and how excited I am to start working in person with people in Australia!

I have missed you guys so much, this one is defs a little all over the place, but has so much magic and wisdom from my journeys this year and know you'll connect to it.
