In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down and speaking with Dr. Andrew Oteo. The clinic I met him in is in The Colony, TX at Stonebridge Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. He is the State Director of the Texas Chiropractic Association District 5 and also the President of Stonebridge Health.

Dr. Oteo and I spoke on his background, trauma (both in his life and his patients), the business, pandemic response, and much more. It was great to see the steadfast leadership and excellence that reflects in his staff.

The last episode on my trip to Las Vegas was with Kyle Matias. Kyle was the real estate agent I used to sell my home in 2022. I decided to have him on to talk about the real estate industry in Las Vegas before, during, and after covid lockdowns. He has always been an ambitious guy so he saw much success during those times. Kyle is also a part of a non-profit in Vegas called Family Promise. He was able to take his experience in real estate and his goals for lifting up others and apply it to helping those in need in Las Vegas. Another banger episode. Enjoy!

Scott Rickard is (in my opinion) one of the most interesting men in the world. He's a great friend of mine, and we got to sit down to chat about some of the many stories he has about his traveling and working around the world. Born in Sydney, Australia, joined the Australian Army, field ops in Malaysia, anti-poaching in Africa, restoration of a WW2 Marine Corps Sherman tank, working with Bomber Camp in California, starting a successful YouTube Channel called "Restoration Passion," to being an armorer on movie sets. I traveled to Idaho to speak with Gabe Joling. Gabe is a long-time family friend of mine. He has worked for multiple police departments in the Northwest United States...even did some work with a sheriff's department in Southern California as a youth. My travels have taken me to the Northwest United States to visit a couple farmers from eastern Washington: Kyle Porter and Dallas Hintz. Kyle was one of my closest friends in the Marine Corps and I met Dallas about 20 minutes before recording this episode. I promised to start getting some people in the agriculture industry to talk about what they do, and both these gentlemen delivered some really great perspective on the AG industry. Kyle works for a vegetable processing company and Dallas owns and operates his own farm...along with his dad who I will have on the podcast in the future! Both Kyle and Dallas come from a long line of farmers. You will really enjoy this episode, and hopefully gain some true respect for the men and women that work endlessly to keep this world fed!
