You look forward to a long weekend, but then stress about it, then have to go back to work after it. It's a vicious social cycle you, family and friends deal with almost a dozen times a year. Don't worry, there is a cure. (except for the dad jokes)

One of the biggest negatives of going to the gym is...people! The dumbbells we encounter who make you grunt in a bad way. Let's chat (rant) about the types of people we encounter and what we can do to make a work out sweaty, but sweet. WARNING: The dad jokes may be a little heavy.

We all know at least one. Somebody who won't shut up. They talk and talk...and well you know. Wait, maybe it's us? A dad joke riddled chat about these fine verbose villains, where we find them, why they talk so much...and a few tips on how you can turn the volume down.
