Our culture has lots to say about the topics of leadership and what standard men should follow these days. This has caused far too many men to struggle with ideas of leadership, masculinity, and falling into the trap of being the lone wolf.

My guest today is Josh Khachadourian. Josh is a husband, father, leader, coach and host of the 'Raising The Standard' podcast. Josh has spent the last 20 years ascending the corporate ladder in a Fortune 100 company where he focused on building high performing teams and developing best in class leaders.

He has encountered and observed the pressures today's men are facing. Most men are grappling for identity and struggling through challenges in life without a plan. Jesus provides a plan and sets a standard that is relatively unknown to the modern Christian man.

We live in a sick, broken, and fallen world. And the response of far too many people about this murder is a perfect example of the world we live in.
