Kecia Willis is a native Ohioan, devoted mother, survivor, and trauma -informed facilitator with a deep passion for healing and restoration. She serves as Executive and Program Assistant at Living Waters of Hope and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and Family Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. As Founder of Safe Haven Heritage, Inc., Kecia advocates for women and families impacted by trauma as well as domestic abuse. A former marital abuse survivor, she walks closely with God and others as an Oasis Bible Study alumna and facilitator. “Her vision includes creating spaces for healing, growth, and empowerment especially for youth and women. She is passionate about leading community-based programs that restore purpose, rebuild confidence, and promote generational healing.

A woman of God that has dedicated her time and talents in ministry and service to others for over 35 years. She is an encourager and has a great love for the people of God. Sister Ellarie knows the power of prayer and is passionate about studying and teaching the Word of God.

An avid volunteer, Sister Ellarie has worked with Child Evangelism, the 4H Club, Reclaiming Futures, youth mentorship program and a number of other organizations in Montgomery County, OH.

Sister Ellarie has been married to Charles L. Wilson, Sr. for the past 60 years. She faithfully served with him as the FirstLady of A New Beginning Ministries for 35 years. She is the mother of 10 beautiful children.

Over the years,Sister Ellarie has been blessed to serve in many roles in the church, no task too great or small. She is known for her love and generosity in helping those in need. Although having a large family and household to run, she never let that stop her from being of service to others. She’d often open the doors of her home to help other youth and single parent families. An entrepreneur in her own right, for a period of time, she opened and ran ANB Thrift store to help support the church ministry.

In her spare time, Sister Ellarie enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends. She also has a love for planting flowers in her garden.
