Morgan graduated with a First-Class MEng in Aero-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 2021 and began her engineering career as a Graduate Engineer at Babcock International Group. Since graduating, Morgan has progressed through roles as an In-Water Engineering Project Engineer before stepping into her current engineering management role.
In this episode, Morgan shares her journey from university to leading complex engineering projects, discussing the importance of safety in engineering, how networking has expanded her professional connections and her insights into picking the right career path into engineering.
