Brief Personal Introduction
Let me start by sharing a little about myself. I am aMechanical Engineer, Post Graduate in Business Administration, and a CertifiedEnergy Manager. I successfully served 35 years in the Tamil Nadu Generation andDistribution Corporation, including 5 years as a Chief Engineer. However, mypassion for health and wellness transformed my journey.
Inspired by my wife’s incredible recovery from diabetesand my own thirst for knowledge, I pursued extensive higher-level training innutrition across Australia, Portugal, and Thailand. Now, as a Nutrition &Wellness Coach, I’m dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential.
Fitness has been an integral part of my wellness journey.At the age of 55, I started running marathons, and since then, I have completedsixteen 10K marathons and one 21K half marathon up until 2024. This year, in 2025,I am undertaking a 1000 KM challenge to raise awareness about health andnutrition. From January to date, I have already covered 157 KM, including a 21Krun on February 28, 2025, at the age of 62—proving that age is just a numberwhen it comes to health and fitness.
