Steve took a three month sabbatical from work last summer, which was generous time offered by the church to rest, recharge, and refocus. Steve’s life changed after that time off, and I graciously obliged me in sharing his process and the results of the rest time. Rest is a command from God, is crucial to survival and success, and is imperative to our health and wellbeing. Everything good comes from God, and rest helps our work honor God. Rest is a gift, and we must receive it and use it. And thankfully, Steve had plenty to share around this topic. God took care of Steve and his family during an unexpected need for a house and other crazy circumstances last year!
