David Hamilton is an author of 13 books, including his recent 📘"The Joy of Actually Giving a F**k". As a kindness expert and scientist, David's talks are a must if you get a chance to see him. He is engaging and full of useful information that will change the way you think about health and well being . As he had a previous career as a Pharmaceutical scientist, David approaches everything from a scientific point of view.
Dawn has been connected with David for many years, ever since she read his third book "How your mind can heal your body".
