As an independent contractor, she has been privileged to offer workshops, coaching, and consulting services to individuals and organizations of different sizes and scopes, including private, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations. With over 20 years of experience as a leader with Johns Hopkins Medicine, Lois gained extensive expertise in multi-stakeholder processes and collaborative systems change.
As the founder and CEO of Polished Arrow Inc., she serves as a "leader to leaders," providing development, connection, and accountability to leaders. She has a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is regarded for her ability to connect with leaders at every level of the organization.
