  • Reflecting on death - advantages and disadvantages during the Consciosness Shift
    2025/05/25

“Don’t fear death, but instead fear that you have not lived at all.” – Marcus Aurelius

This quote hits at the heart of a quiet crisis:
Most people don’t live — they merely exist.

We wake, we work, we repeat — but rarely do we stop to ask: Am I truly alive?

    As Osho once said:
“The question is not whether there is life after death. The question is whether you are alive before death.”

This video explores how the contemplation of death — especially in the early stages of a spiritual path — can shake us awake. It’s in facing our mortality that we often begin to understand life’s true value.

But there comes a turning point.

Once the mind becomes powerful enough to influence reality — to turn thought into experience — focusing on death or fear can become harmful. At that point, what once awakened us could start to limit us.

    So we must evolve:
    From reflecting on death...
    To fully embracing life.

This episode is about that inner shift — the delicate balance between awareness of the end, and the power to truly begin.

  • Balance on the Path: Why Even Deep Meditation Needs Grounding
    2025/05/21

"Always the middle way," said Buddha — and he was right.
Balance isn’t just for the material world. It’s also essential when walking the spiritual path.

In this episode, we talk about a hidden trap: what happens when deep meditation and intense inner focus start to shake your balance.
Yes, meditation opens the door to higher states — but it can also stir the depths of your unconscious.
Old traumas, suppressed pain, unresolved emotions — all may rise to the surface.

That’s not a failure. It’s part of the process.
But if we don’t ground ourselves, we risk being overwhelmed by our own awakening.

Learn why balance matters on both ends of the spectrum — and how to stay centered when your soul begins to unfold.

  • Mahatma Gandhi: "Let go and trust God!"
    2025/05/21

To understand Mahatma Gandhi's quote, you have to consider the so called “big questions”. This "bigger picture" was always part of philosophy or philosophers, since ancient times. Thinking of the big Questions can lead to your life sense, your purpose and that is the “true development”. Furthermore, on that “path”, you meet the construct “enlightenment” which is actually the main goal, the fulfillment of humanity. Unfortunately, the last big philosopher who considered “the whole” was Hegel which is hundreds of years ago. So let’s now consider the bigger picture from new! • The Feeling of Emptiness in the Dark Night of the Soul
    2025/04/26

there are several kinds of Emptiness. I described two in another episode. But the Consciousness experiences a new kind of Emptiness. This one is kind of a lethargic mood which may occur in the Dark Night of the Soul. The "Dark night" is a depression during the Consciousness Shift. I will explain it with the help of the author John of the Cross and from my own experience.

  • Socrates' rhetorical dialog, but for the Consciousness Shift | full Philosophy lesson: The Socratic Method
    2025/04/06

Socrates is one of the most impressive philosophers. With him even a new era appeared. The view changed from nature to humanity. With his famous dialog method, he was actually not teaching. Or only very seldom. Most philosophers taught. But what he did was only asking questions. Sokrates designed his questions very individual so that his counterpart was able to get "access" to intuition. And through that, in best case, also to Higher Self. Good "answers" always come from there. Thanks to Clark Tibbs from Unsplash for the beautiful picture.
