This report from the RN2Blend consortium presents findings from a five-year study on differentiated nursing practices in Dutch hospitals. The study concludes that while there have been positive steps, further support is needed to ensure the sustainable embedding of new roles, enhanced nurse empowerment, and improved team collaboration.
