  • Laverne Cox: In My Resilient Zone
    2025/07/15

TS Madison is joined by the legend, the mother, the trendsetter, the seed planter, Maddie’s future presidential pick– Laverne Cox! Laverne is the DEFINITION of a trailblazer, as the first trans woman to grace the cover of Times Magazine, British Vogue, Cosmo, Essence, and so much more. And she’s not kicking down the ladder– Laverne says the best part of fame is getting to inspire and create space for up-and-coming trans and queer artists. She may be the first when it comes to nominations and accolades, but she will NOT be the last!

Two pillars of trans media, Laverne and Madison discuss breaking into the entertainment industry as Black trans women, and the double standards and setbacks that are all too common. Laverne talks about her own journey waitressing in New York for years and almost getting evicted before reaching career success with Orange Is The New Black– and now executive producing and starring in her own TV series, Clean Slate.

And there's no question why Maddie wants to see this TV star in office– Laverne talks gender theory, from reading Judith Butler and bell hooks in college, to what it means to be a trans person in 2025. Laverne provides insight into how the patriarchy demonizes trans women and cis women alike, why intersectionality is important, and breaks down the dangers of Project 2025 for all of us. It’s not an easy time, as trans and queer folks face more and more political attacks every day. But it’s voices like Laverne’s that remind us of our power.

  • Bob the Drag Queen: Meet Me By the French Fries
    2025/07/08

Last week, Madison talked with Monét X Change, so it’s only fitting that today we have the other half of “Sibling Rivalry” on the pod– it’s “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 8 winner, Bob the Drag Queen!

Drag superstar, comedian, Madonna’s MC– Bob’s adding “author” to an already impressive resume, with his new book "Harriet Tubman: Live in Concert!" But before getting into that, Madison and Bob talk Drag Race, douching etiquette, sobriety, and concealed carry– if you needed another reason not to mess with Maddie.

Bob talks about his lifelong obsession with Harriet Tubman and everything she accomplished in her long life. Bob shares his favorite photo of Harriet looking regal as hell in her 90s and the book’s heartfelt dedication to Bob’s late mother, as well as anecdotes from his research.

Manifestation is a big theme in this episode– from historical examples to personal ones. These are southern girls, so we’re mixing scripture and spells– from reflecting on Harriet Tubman’s spirituality, to on-air-manifesting Madison’s next collab. And Bob talks about getting a glowing review from his favorite performers of all time– is the key to meeting your heroes getting them tattooed on your body? Or maybe just a mood board…

  • Monét X Change: Don't Press the Button
    2025/07/01

Today, Madison is joined by “Drag Race” alum, the one and only Monét X Change!

To start off, we’re talking about the gender spectrum– she, her, he, him, they, them, and whatever else you want to throw in there. The ladies have a cross-general conversation about how expectations of gender identity and presentation have changed. Monét talks about her pronouns in and out of drag, and deep questions such as, to boob or not to boob? Doth the position maketh man (or woman)?

Next we’re going nuclear– we all know Maddie doesn’t play and she doesn’t pull any punches. Monét’s villain era inspires today’s target… a certain blond haired talk show host who thinks she can hate on the trans community and still love the Ru girls. Okay…

Like Madison says, if you don’t want to go nuclear, don’t press the button!

This episode is bringing you big topics– like the importance of voting rights– and even bigger questions. Like, what the f*ck is a caramel macchiato?? Is New York really worth the winters? When will Madison become a regular judge on “Drag Race”? And will we see Madison follow in Monét’s footsteps as a future star of “The Traitors”???

  • Symone: You Are an Answered Prayer
    2025/06/17

She’s a winner, baby! TS Madison is joined by the legendary Rupaul’s Drag Race Season 13 winner… it’s Symone! The duo jump immediately into it, and 'it' we mean a crash course on the astrological science of good sex, and the art of giving commands—and the sorcery doesn’t stop there. This episode is like an hour-long affirmation: we're vision-boarding with words, commanding the universe to deliver our “gots,” declaring “I AM!,” and stepping into the spirituality of queerness. It’s all about the Word, honey! The conversation then turns to the Ebony Enchantress’s journey from Arkansas to the main stage of RuPaul’s Drag Race. (Fun fact: Season 13 wasn’t just her winning season—it was also the first time Maddie sat on the judging panel.) She recalls what it felt like, from that side of the table, to watch the rising star walk the runway for the very first time. Together they reflect on RuPaul Andre Charles’s impact—not just on their own lives, but on the entire world—then bond over life’s ups and downs, those moments of feeling entirely lost, and the breakthroughs that promised brighter tomorrows. When Symone opens up about her lowest point, Maddie delivers an unforgettable pep talk, reminding her (and all of us) that it’s never about where you start; it’s always about where you go. Grab your tissues, y’all! We’re laughing, we’re crying, and we’re immediately queuing up a re-watch of RPDR Season 13!!! • Drew Afualo: Holding Men's Nuts to the Fire
    2025/06/10

TS Madison welcomes Drew Afualo to Outlaws—TikTok’s undisputed roast queen, New York Times best-selling author of "Loud" (the first Samoan woman to ever make that list—clock it!!!), Forbes 30 Under 30 Creator & Social Media cover star, and host of not one but two hit podcasts: "The Comment Section" and "Two Idiot Girls." After getting fired from the NFL, Drew picked up her phone and built a following 9 million strong, proving definitively that there is in fact an audience who, like her, absolutely does not f*ck with racism, homophobia, transphobia, or misogynistic men with egos as fragile as their hairlines—who would’ve thought?!

Together, Maddie and Drew are holding men’s nuts to the fire. They talk Samoan matriarchy, “meat checks,” TERFs, what it’s like to be told “you’re prettier in person,” and the Uber driver who remembered Drew's voice from the last time she was in his car and told a man to go f*ck himself. Also, they reflect on why they’ll never be “above” replying to hateful comments, no matter how high the star soars. Drew gives Maddie her flowers, and Maddie is certain she’s just met her long-lost twin. Hold up—have you started the episode yet?? What are you waiting for?! It’s time for an hour of loud, live, and in color SISTERHOOD.

  • Rep. Jasmine Crockett: The Country Cannot Wait
    2025/06/03

TS Madison is kicking off Pride Month with real talk and revelations in this special episode with none other than Representative Jasmine Crockett. Maddie has questions and SHE WANTS ANSWERS! And as seemingly one of the only Dems raising their voice, the Congresswoman from Texas is here to guide us.

We all know that Maddie doesn’t sugarcoat it, and neither does Representative Crockett – she’s always gonna give it to you plain. They talk about the haters, the hypocrites, and the healing we all need. And another thing – how did we get to this “oops” moment, where people are surprised by what’s going down? The "Find Out Phase" is in full effect, but we also get into how we can fix things and the question on everyone's minds: "Will we be okay?" Rep. Crockett gives us the hope we need. It's about to be Losing Season for the Haters!

Let us know what you think! Give us a rate/review/subscribe and stay tuned for more – this is only our fourth episode. "Outlaws" is truly just getting started!

  • Wayne Brady: The Joke Was A Passport
    2025/05/27

TS Madison and THE Wayne Brady meet for the first time in person and the vibes are as immaculate as Wayne’s outfit (by the way, full episodes are now on YouTube too for our visual learners). Wayne TALKS HIS SHIT like the 5-time Emmy Award winner that he IS — and proceeds to explain the concept of “Outlaws” better than we ever could!

They get into it all: what pansexuality means to Wayne, growing up Caribbean American and seemingly too Black for the white folks but not 'Black enough' for Hollywood, the way in which him and Maddie each turned jokes into passports, and that time Whitney Houston was booed at the Soul Train Awards. Also, they reflect on the feeling of being overlooked by the very institutions that are supposed to celebrate you (NAACP, BET, Essence, Atlanta Pride… yes, we’re naming names). Maddie drops a monologue on surviving the system by monetizing confusion, and Wayne recounts his absolutely legendary audition for "Snakes on a Plane." At one point, TS Madison auditions to play Audrey II from "Little Shop of Horrors" and we think we may need to start a campaign to make this happen for real?!

Wayne and Maddie share a kindred connection – and we wish we could've kept this episode rolling for another hour. We need more! A buddy comedy? A musical? Wayne AND Maddie in "Little Shop" together?!

Maddie Mob, you're in for an hour of real talk and revelations. How are y'all liking the show so far? Who are your dream guests? Are you following us on social? Have you reviewed/subscribed/etc. to all the things? Let’s lock in y’all – this podcast is just getting started!
