As the founder of IGNITE HX, a Black woman-led business, Nicole is a seasoned expert and a trailblazer dedicated to transforming human experiences across healthcare and beyond. Her innovative work establishing Offices of Human Experience (OHX) has made a lasting impact, positioning her as a recognized figure in business and CX leadership.
