What if you could know that you’re enough, exactly as you are?Chances are you’ve come across the term ‘attachment style’ before - whether we’re aware of it or not, most of us default to one of 4 main attachment types: secure (the holy grail!) anxious, avoidant or anxious-avoidant (also known as fearful avoidant, or disorganized.)If you’ve ever found yourself caught in unhealthy relationship cycles, repeating the same patterns over and over and not understanding why, chances are your attachment style is to blame. The good news?
