We got the monkey off our back - now we return to our scheduled programming.It indeed was the Kentucky Wildcats who come out on the right end of a hard fought battle with the Providence Friars on Friday evening. Final score is 61-53 as the Cats cover as a 4.5 point favorites

UK put on a clinic when it comes to rebounding as they haul in 46 boards in this one. 16 offensive rebounds and 30 defensive rebounds. Providence had 27 rebounds as a team while Oscar Tshiebwe had 25 himself. Truly, one of the most dominating rebounding performances in NCAA Tournament history.

K-Sate shoots the ball well both from 2 and from 3. They are top 100 in offensive rebounding and are 75% from the FT line. On thing about their offense too is they share the basketball tremendously well ranked 8th nationally in APG at 16.9. Defensively they hold opponents well under the national average from 2 and are top 15 in the country at defending the 3 while also creating turnovers at a top 50 rate.

This team does have a few weaknesses that stick out though.

1. They turn the ball over on 20% of their offensive possessions (298th nationally)

2. Get their shots blocked at one of the highest rates in the country

3. Allow an offensive rebound on 29.2% of opponent shots which is outside the top 200

4. They foul a lot as a team and send opponents to the line
