Why everyone has the power to heal, and how you can take the first step today.

Together, Dr. Anderson and Henry guide you on a journey inward—a journey that may feel vulnerable but is deeply freeing. They dive into the truth that real healing isn’t about burying pain; it’s about bringing compassion to the parts of you that feel most unworthy, most wounded.
