By sharing their own personal stories, they also give suggestions on how to build better intimacy too. They help break the ice for you and help you get that conversation rolling. After a little hiatus, Mel and Keith are finally back and Love “n” Metal is in full swing. They kick off the episode with some additional rebranding news and quickly share their recent trip to West Virginia. They move into their first series, yes, you heard that right, series! Finally.
