In this episode we chat with Louanne Wallace, she is a mother of two young girls under five. She and her husband moved to the US from Canada (missing the 12 month maternity leave her country offers!) seven years ago. In this episode, she discusses the differences between working in both countries, and how she decided to make the decision to move to the US.
After a decade of experience working at PepsiCo she took the jump to being the VP of Marketing at the LA Clippers and she is about to kick off another season whilst building a new arena for the Clippers.
We discuss how she feels working in a perceived male dominated industry, how to connect with colleagues authentically and how the passion and connection of sports marketing keeps her engaged in her career.
