Cam Ward has gotten all of the attention when it comes to the Tennessee Titans quarterback position and rightfully so, but Will Levis was in that spot last year and it is clear that the strong demotion has affected Levis. What is best for both parties has always been a trade, but it is obvious one needs to happen sooner rather than later. So much attention has been paid to the offense overall too, but looking at the defense, there are battles that took a small step forward this week, like inside linebacker, where Otis Reese may have an early lead. Cam Ward took Tennessee Titans OTAs by storm on Wednesday when he had a solid start showing his excellent timing, accuracy and ability to make an instant connection with his fellow rookies! Ward absolutely looked the part and was the talk of the town in the Titans first open session of Phase 3 of OTAs. On the flipside, Will Levis struggled and looked equally disappointed off the field after practice. Levis' development is best for the team and Levis, but it is hard to envision a scenario where he can be at his best in Nashville. Finally, during Ward's nice day, his rookie receivers made some big plays including Elic Ayomanor and Chim Dike. Both players have a chance to make a major impact right away.

The Tennessee Titans will begin Phase 3 of their offseason this week and with that comes a heavy focus on the quarterback situation. Head coach Brian Callahan said things will likely change now with the rep distribution and even though Cam Ward should get the lion's share, Will Levis should be getting backup quarterback reps. This is good for Levis, but also good for the Titans. Next, all eyes will be on the camp battles set to take place. Linebacker, edge, wide receiver, tight end and special teams all have major battles to watch. Finally, there is so much change for the Titans it will be interesting to see how all the pieces fit together, but there will be some players who do not attend and expecting Jeffery Simmons or Kevin Zietler to be there would be a mistake.

The Tennessee Titans have publicly talked about a quarterback competition, but the reality is Cam Ward will be QB1 and it is all about supporting him. Cam Ward will not only win the job because he is supposed to, but we cannot forget that Ward is simply better than Will Levis at football and has been for years. Who will be starting next to Ward? The answer includes veterans of course, but also some rookies from the class will need to step up and take some of these roles. Finally, the Titans offensive line is currently set and should stay that way. Something all Titans fans should feel joy about.

The Tennessee Titans will need to see a great connection between Cam Ward and star receiver Calvin Ridley. Ridley spoke over the weekend at an event and seems to be enjoying having Ward around and also seems very happy with the new offseason plan from head coach Brian Callahan. On defense, there are multiple starting jobs up for grabs in the front seven including edge and inside linebacker, but filling those holes will likely require a combination of young players and vets. Finally, there aren't any shockers in the secondary when it comes to starters, but there is some major uncertainty with L'Jarius Sneed.

The Tennessee Titans have taken a drastic new approach to their offseason as Brian Callahan attempts to correct a locker room that was clearly lacking leadership. The route with which Callahan has taken will be scrutinized if the Titans don't take major steps in 2025. The Tennessee Titans are looking to Cam Ward to be their franchise quarterback and his teammates are looking to him to be a leader. It sounds like Cam has already started impressing his teammates after multiple praised the rookie for his preparation. The Tennessee Titans are in the midst of organized team activities, but the battle between Will Levis and Cam Ward continues to rage on as head coach Brian Callahan confirmed the two young passers are getting even reps as things stand. However, Callahan has mentioned that will change next week, but didn't say what the change would be. Also, JC Latham has made a massive change to his body from last season and Latham has a chance to take a huge step forward in his new situation. L'Jarius Sneed on the other hand continues to look like a massive bust.
