And the biblical directive has been profitable... to the tune of nearly $3 billion in the fund. But that's not the first priority. The often-misquoted verse in the Bible, Timothy 6:10, doesn't say money is the root of all evil, but that the "love of money" is the root of all evil. It's a big distinction. It means people of faith should put God first and make decisions about investments that align with God's Word.
