On this installment of "how to not break your toys" we discuss how to keep our training partners safe in drilling. Often we think about sparring or competition as being the main causes of injury, but drilling also has its dangers as well. Since our guard is often down in drilling compared to live rolling, a wild reaction or inconsistency in how the drill is being performed can easily lead to injury.
