We cover the impact of characters such as Benjamin Braddock and Mrs. Robinson, and we confront the use of Simon and Garfunkel music throughout this film.

    On this weeks episode of Les Incompetent, we go over influential films during the era of Vietnam, and the monumental shift that occured in Hollywood, particularly in tone and themes. We go over the icons of the 60's and 70's, the Oscar winners as well as highest grossing movies from every generation as well, showing the way America changed its favorite actors and directors across a 10 year span, and how we really haven't lost the actors from the 70's nowadays. We discuss the similarities to the Zodiac murders, how influential this film in not only pop culture, but on police in general, and how this movie introduces a new type of figure, one that is darker, morally gray, and one who has questionable judgment.
