    This time of year is notorious for fad diets and toxic health messages about restriction and deprivation, so this week we wanted to set the record straight.

    We asked Liv about how we can eat better, including adding foods in, instead of taking them out, the importance of eating a variety of different foods, the benefits of each macronutrient (protein, fat & carbs), our hunger and satiety hormones, and more.

    Danny Kennedy is a personal trainer and strength coach, head trainer at Kic, and does mindset mentoring with athletes, performers & CEO’s.

    Every year we ask him into the studio to talk about goal setting. Every year we learn something new from Danny and this year is no exception!

    In this episode we reflect on our own goals from 2024 and talk through setting goals based on how they will make us feel, gamifying goals, and why we need to overcome our limiting beliefs before we can achieve the goals we’ve set ourselves.
