I love taking time at the end of one year to plan the next one. It's a habit and skill that has had a profound effect on my life and in this episode I took some time to share more about my process.

The longer we live and the more experiences we have, hopefully, the more opportunities we have for experiences that can deepen our understanding and empathy. In the is episode I tried to articulate what I'm learning about living in Italy as a foreigner.
