• How to Reconnect With Your Intuition
    2025/06/05

    Send us a text

Have you ever known deep down what the right decision was—but still found yourself analyzing it to death?

Whether it’s a relationship, job, or life decision, intuitive people—especially empaths—often get stuck in their heads, trying to logic their way through emotions. In this episode, we’re diving into why that happens, how it disconnects you from your authentic self, and what you can do to break free from the cycle of overthinking and step back into trust.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

💡 Why intuitive people are especially prone to overthinking
💡 The difference between logical reasoning and inner knowing
💡 How ignoring your intuition can lead to decision paralysis and burnout
💡 Practical tools to clear mental clutter and reconnect to your intuition
💡 How to tell what’s your energy and what’s someone else’s
💡 The role of ego in blocking intuitive wisdom
💡 A personal story about trusting logic over intuition—and the consequences

    Challenge for the Week:
This week, notice when you’re overthinking a situation. Pause and ask yourself:

-Is this my intuition speaking… or my fear?
-Am I tuning into my own feelings, or someone else’s energy?
-What would it feel like to just trust my inner knowing right now?

Journaling, meditation, and energy clearing can help you get clarity. Try the mantra: “What’s mine is mine. What’s yours is yours.”

    Work With Me:
If you're stuck in the loop of overthinking and second-guessing your intuition, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either. I’d love to support you. Healing the Fixer, the Controller, and the Victim: Trying On New Roles for Growth

Sometimes the roles we’ve played in order to survive—like the fixer, the controller, or the victim—become so familiar that we mistake them for who we truly are. But what if those identities were never you? What if they were just survival strategies… and it’s finally safe to take them off?

Today we explore how to recognize when these old roles are at play and how to shift into new, healing identities that support your growth and relationships. You’ll learn how to try on new ways of being like the accountability coach, the curious collaborator, and the hero—roles that are empowering, connected, and aligned with your healing.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • How to identify the “fixer,” “controller,” and “victim” roles when they show up in your life
    • Why these identities often develop as a way to create safety in unsafe environments
    • How to shift from the fixer to the accountability coach—supporting without enabling
    • How to transform from the controller into the curious collaborator—inviting trust and flexibility
    • How to evolve from the victim into the hero—finding your power through choice
    • Questions to help you reflect on which roles you tend to wear and what it’s time to release

    Challenge for the Week:
Notice when one of your old roles starts to take over—like the fixer jumping in to solve something that isn’t yours to fix. Pause. Ask yourself: “What would it feel like to choose a new identity here?” Then take one small step into a healing role, even if it feels unfamiliar.

    Work With Me:
Ready to release the roles that no longer serve you? My 6-week coaching package helps empaths and HSPs reclaim their energy, rewrite their inner stories, and step fully into who they’re becoming. • The Truth About That "Bad Feeling" You Just Can't Shake
    2025/05/22

    Send us a text

Here's the truth about that "bad feeling" you can't shake.. you know.. the one you had when you spiraled over that text, replayed a conversation 100 times, or felt a knot in your stomach and wondered—Is this my intuition warning me… or just fear playing tricks on me?

Today you’ll learn how to finally tell the difference between your inner wisdom and your old survival patterns—so you can stop second-guessing yourself and start building real trust with your own intuition.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • Why many highly sensitive people mistake fear for intuition—and what to do about it
    • How past trauma creates "false alarms" that feel very real
    • The physical differences between fear and intuition in your body
    • Why intuition feels calm and expansive—while fear feels tight and urgent
    • How fear often disguises itself as logic (“I’m just being realistic…”)
    • 5 practical tools to help you tell the difference between fear and intuition:
      • The 10-second body check
      • The 24–48 hour time test
      • The “Best Friend” perspective shift
      • Journaling to connect with your intuition
      • The worst-case scenario exercise
    • How to know when it’s a true intuitive nudge vs. emotional reactivity

    Challenge for the Week:

Choose a current situation where you're feeling uncertain or emotionally activated.
Apply the 10-second body check and ask:
💭 “If I say yes to this, how does my body feel?”
💭 “If I say no, what shifts inside me?”

    Then journal using the prompt:
🖊️ What does my intuition have to say about this?
Let your body—not your fear—lead the way.

    Work With Me:

If you're ready to stop living in your head and start living in alignment with your inner knowing, I’d love to support you.

Why Staying Silent Is the Most Dishonest Thing You Can Do

Silence may feel like the easier path, but when it comes to boundaries, staying silent is one of the most dishonest things you can do—to yourself and to others. This week, we’re diving deep into how silence creates disconnection, fuels resentment, and ultimately undermines the relationships we value most. You’ll learn how to communicate boundaries with clarity, compassion, and integrity—and why doing so is one of the truest forms of honesty and love.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode

    • Why avoiding conflict by staying silent is a form of dishonesty
    • The three most common fears that prevent people from setting boundaries
    • How silence creates long-term resentment and disconnection
    • Why boundary-setting is an act of self-respect and relational integrity
    • Real-life stories that illustrate the cost of silence
    • Phrases you can use to set boundaries with kindness and clarity

    Challenge for the Week

Reflect on a relationship where you’ve been feeling burnout, resentment, or disconnection. Choose one of the seven example phrases shared in this episode, and practice saying it out loud. You don’t have to use it yet—but let your body begin to get comfortable with your truth. Then ask yourself: Am I choosing real peace, or temporary comfort that costs me later?

  • The Emotinally Healthy Man: How to Feel Without Shame with Chris O'Neil
    2025/04/24

    Send us a text

Teaching men to feel isn’t about making them less masculine—it’s about making them whole.

Sometimes it seems as if anger is the only emotion men are allowed to show—but beneath it lives grief, fear, and unmet needs seeking to be heard.

Chris O’Neil’s mission is simple: help men feel again without shame, fear, or judgment. In this episode, he unpacks the emotional myths that hold men back and gives practical, grounded tools for reclaiming inner balance, strength, and peace.

In this powerful and deeply honest episode, we’re joined by Chris O’Neil, an emotions coach dedicated to helping men and fathers reconnect with their emotional selves. We dive into the cultural myths around masculinity, the emotional isolation many men experience, and how to cultivate emotional strength—not by shutting down, but by tuning in. Chris shares insights, tools, and stories that offer hope and direction for men ready to heal and those who love them.

    🧠 Key Topics Covered:

    💬 Chris’s Journey:

    • From massage and bodywork to coaching: recognizing men’s disconnect from the body.
    • Realizing men are taught to think through emotions, not feel them.
    • The drive to help men become whole, embodied, and emotionally aware.

🧍‍♂️ The Emotional Experience of Men:

    • Common struggles: avoidance, suppression, and the “I’m not going to let this affect me” mindset.
    • Men and grief: Where do men go to cry, process, and be seen?
    • Why emotions aren’t weakness—they’re wisdom.

    🧱 Breaking Down the Stereotypes:

    • “Boys don’t cry” and the myth of the “strong, silent” man.
    • Why anger often masks deeper emotions like sadness or fear.
    • Authentic masculinity includes emotional depth.

    🧍 Society’s Role:

    • The damage of binary thinking: strong vs weak, masculine vs feminine.
    • How emotional suppression links to PTSD and disconnection.
    • In relationships: reactive vs responsive behavior—and how it plays out with partners and children.
    • Why misogyny isn't “men being men”—it’s unprocessed pain turned outward.

    🛠 Emotional Tools for Men:

    • Community: Create safe spaces to share, like monthly Zoom calls.
    • Emotion Wheel: Go deeper than just "mad, sad or glad"—become more familiar with other emotions to gain insight.
    • I Statements: Own your emotion—“I feel ___ and that’s okay.”
    • Grounding Practices: Breathing, presence, and regulating through the body.
    • Understanding the Nervous System: The vagus nerve, fight-or-flight, and “parenting yourself” through emotional storms.
    • Key lesson: The emotion isn’t the problem—your response is.

    💡 Standout Quotes:

    • “Being emotional doesn’t make you less of a man. It makes you more of a human.”
    • "Women can be confident and aggressive. Men can be compassionate and empathetic. They are not mutually exclusive."
    • "Setting boundaries isn't about controlling others. A boundary is for you...it's about you taking reciprocal action to disrespect."
    • “This isn’t about replacing masculinity—it’s about redefining it.”
