    Kristy and Ben are clocking out of 2024 with their final episode, a no-notes, no-edits rollercoaster of festive chaos and heartfelt reflections. 🎙️ This year brought us 17 amazing episodes, 300% audience growth (stats nerd alert!), and some unforgettable guests like Tim Bone, Tansy Forrest, Mike Tomalaris, Rachel Lynch and Wendy Bywaters and don't forget Helen of Nhill.

    This is putting additional pressure on charities to be able to meet this increasing demand, which is predicted to rise. This type of work can’t happen without the dedication of amazing charities along with their armies of incredible volunteers.

    Join Ben as he speaks with Roxy Jones and David Evans from the South Australian charity, Food on the Table, and hear about their tireless work to provide meals to people throughout South Australia who are struggling with food insecurity and experiencing homelessness.
