  • This podcast is a beginning runner's journey to a 5K. We will run together to keep each other accountable with a goal of running a 5K race in the spring of 2025. I have been running as a hobby and to stay in reasonable physical shape off and on for 16 years. I have only once ran in a 5K and that was 16 years ago. Recently sidelined for a leg injury, my doctor told him to ease back into running. As he has healed up, and at 51 years old, I am beginning his running journey again. While running, I will share insights, motivation, and other observations that have added value to my life. I hope they will add value to your life. I hope you enjoy my unique perspective and sense of humor to keep you entertained and enjoying the time together and working toward a goal of better physical fitness. This extemporaneous podcast will keep you entertained, motivated and growing as you continue your journey to your own physical fitness goals.
