Noticing moments of love and care when times are (or were) hard, is a powerful tool for expansion and self-soothing. With that aim, it’s a gift to ourselves to feel the sensations of loving care in the moment or in memory — to feel them in the body and hang out there for a spell. And it’s yet another gift to feel the sensations of simply knowing that love and care are/were available. In today's episode we share some personal examples and show you how you can find more love and good feelings, even through the hard stuff.
