  • Unseen Gifts. The "don't judge a book by its cover thing.
    2025/03/07
I’ve always been fascinated by the unseen gifts. We all look like humans, with two hands and a head, skin wrapping muscles and bones. Blood coursing through rivers within to keep us alive on planet Earth.
Sure, maybe we costume it differently, do our hair in a certain way, or have different shades of eyes, skin, or hair. Many people put on a certain outfit to look more punk rock, more hipster, more creative director or tech….But ultimately the general package is pretty similar.

I love finding out about those things that surprise others— having a friend out at drinks break out into dance and you can tell they were trained and naturally talented in expressive movement. Or a coworker that busts out some tunes at karaoke night. Sure, he used to do theater, but now, he doesn’t have much use for his musical talents in his day-to-day life beyond the shower.

For some reason, I always find out people's hidden abilities…I look for them, I sense them. I love discovering them. It shows me more who they are, and what they've been dedicated to. I think we need to uncover them and celebrate them. I’d like us to find ways to value, enjoy and use them that aren’t tied to modern conventions of social media likes or making it a career.

  • Whispers of the Wind
    2024/11/29
A message from a gentle breeze on a silent island:

    Breathe in my fragrance.
Breathe in my invisibility.I’ve been around
    since the beginning of time.
I just might know some things
    that you don't
    if you listen.

  • Self Tending in Tender Times.
    2024/11/23
We can't go over it, We can't go under it, We've got to go through it.I’ve been grateful to see somatic therapy where people understand the connection between physical pain and emotional experiences.I see more people facing their fears, and their physical pains as we realize that we Feel to Heal.

I see you. I know how uncomfortable it is. I know sometimes the tears don’t feel like they will come to an end. I know the shakes, the trembles, the wanting to disappear or make it all just stop. But here we are facing a huge collective unraveling together. Many of us didn’t feel like the world was holding us safely to express and be the authentic and natural mess of human beings we can simply be. The snot, the puffy eyes, the lashing out, the puddle of ourselves don’t look great on social media. It’s not something that feels comfortable in a public cafe. haha.

We’ve learned to run and hide, screaming or fighting and resisting the pain for good, dang reason. It hurts and doesn't always look nice. Many of us didn't know how to make that safe container when the world couldn’t and hadn’t.
To stay with it. Yes yes. Stay with it the ouchies, the discomfort and the wanting to wriggle out of the skin... You all know this, but How is the question?

  • Transforming Heavy to Light: Soft spoken questions for Introspection
    2024/11/05
A guided medition of introspective questions to check in and learn how to transform your world and state of being here and now.
Where are you right now? Are you firmly rooted in your own reality- the place of transformation?
Where else could you be? In the worlds created by others and viewed through a magic mirror? A black mirror? One of many screens? Yes. These are quite literally giving you access to remotely view a reality outside of yours. They’ve only existed for a generation or two and we’ve already take them for granted.

  • Feeling Checked Out: Numbness Issue Standing in the Way of Healing
    2024/10/19
My guess is that 95% of people aren’t quite all here. In their head, in outerspace, but not physcially fully here. We've turned off and down our sensory protection guidance system due to overwhelm though many layers of numbness and being mostly in our head and or medicated and disassociated. Coming back to being fully embodied is a journey that requires awareness, effort and attention so that the body can heal it self.

That guidance system in our body is doing our best to alert us to what is going on so we can pay attention to it and give it what is needed.

Ways it shows up: spacey, clutzy or forgetful. To come home we have understand this protective mechanism and then have New awareness. Our sensations are calling our attention for a reason. Numbing them can cause major health issues in the long run. If we listen to the whisper it will not eventually have to screem. We introduce new tools: Paying attention, listening. feeling, naming.

    Why:
    • The trauma issue - not safe in the skin and looking to be relieved from the pain and threat of being in the body.
    • The chemical dependency issue-weed, painkillers, booze
    • The endorphin issue - most pain is subdued by this natural painkiller to keep going- but body doesn't get full vibrancy/energy happiness
    • The avoidance of pain in general - societal values to push past the body - caffeine when tired, go big or go home, painkillers.
    • The overtax issue- overwhelmed TV, traffic, lights, wifi blasting the electromagnetic system, tv, noises. overworked- It’s too much for a natural system never designed for that amount of input
    • High sensitivity- empaths and neurodivergent scale not being able to handle the world because they are more atuned and don't know what to do with it so they check out.
    • Only In the head- so much head based focus -on thoughts and the ind. and not in the body

  • 100x your Healing by Starting from the Outside > In. The Natural Pathways
    2024/10/13
Regenerative Bodywork System Course: Part 3
Want to know why your massage or yoga isn't moving your pain out? It get's blocked at the exit.

The issue: If there are blocks along the paths or tubes, It’s like trying to brush knotty hair from the tops of the head. The hair will knot more, get stuck and rip through. Or it’s like trying to get water through a hose, if there are kinks you have to unwind the kinks or get rid of the stones for the water to go.

There are natural pathways for toxins, inflamation, emotions and energy to leave the body. They leave from the outermost part of us. the part farthest from the heart and organs— feet, hands, head, armpit, our root, and the skin.

The fix: If you open up the path or channel from the out to the in, heavy and hot energy will naturally flow outward. Most people hone in on the “probem areas” but don’t find that it moves quickly they don’t see how it is connected to a larger iterconnected network of channels (tubes) and doorways. They also don’t sense and feel the necessary energy needed to move the block. (Many people have problem areas in the shoulders, lungs, lower back and try to do therapies directly on the issue But it won't budge) However, there isn’t a place for it to go and can cause other issues if not given a way out. If you want to heal your hips or knees- Start at the feet. If you have shoulder pain or asthma- start at the fingertips.
