Norman Rockwell lived in the section of Harlem known as Sugar Hill today during part of his childhood. On the opposite side of the spectrum we discuss infamous drug kingpin Bumpy Johnson. While not everyone knows who Bumpy Johnson is- TV and Film have made his name well known, fictionalizing his story in multiple formats. I selected these two very different individuals due to their impact on how we think about Thanksgiving and their connection to Harlem.
