The scriptures say that we must worship God in Spirit and truth and the Holy Spirit was sent to lead us into all truths. We as believers must crucify the flesh and its lust and desires daily and walk in the spirit. So, we as believers need to know what are things that hinder us from walking in the Spirit and being completely submitted to God.
