If you've ever been afraid of saying something that might offend someone... or doing something that draws attention...

because you either fear someone might not like you, or reject you, or even disown or leave you...

or if you're doing something because you want some attention...

the cause may very well lie in Gene Key 19 and the shadow of co-dependence... where we seek approval, validation, attention, a sense of belonging or fitting in from others.

And where we rely on others to make us feel good.

In this episode I share my personal experience with this shadow and working through my more recent discovery of my deeper rooted fear of abandonment.

AND how I realized that the only person I needed to fear rejecting/disowning/abandoning me is... ME.

We step through how we can move from co-dependence to independence through a heightened level of sensitivity... of our needs and the needs of others.

Yes being sensitive can be a GOOD thing!! 😉🥰
