  • Episode 214: The Ocklawaha, Bass Fishing, and Hope for a Florida River
    2025/07/23

    Send us your Florida questions!

The Ocklawaha River in Central Florida has been dammed for decades. Now, there's a chance to tear down the dam and reunite the rivers. That's good news for bass, anglers, environmentalists, and the local economy. Margaret Spontak comes on the podcast to talk about why, and she encourages people to call their state legislators and ask them to support restoration of the Ocklawaha and reuniting the rivers.
