  • Hey folks, better late than never! Welcome to LAST WEEK'S episode of Too Fat DJs! In this episode, we catch up on our progress and talk about the importance of looking at pictures of ourselves when we were bigger. We also discuss mastication, yes, we spelt that right! What is it and how can you use it to help you lose weight, and improve your overall health. Never let it be said that this podcast isn't educational! Our guest this week is Alan Marshall, who, at the time of the recording had walked every single day for 1,117 days, he's done a few more since then but he came along to chat about why he does it, what he's gained from it and of course, the importance of just getting out there and increasing your step count. Q&A this week is all about BBQs...find out what we love the most...and how much we miss it! To finish we look at our goals for the week ahead.
