The concept of identity and how it can either serve or hold us back is also explored. She emphasizes the importance of taking small steps and giving yourself what you need in the moment. The need to trust oneself and take action, rather than constantly seeking more preparation or courses is important. We also discuss the importance of being honest with yourself, reframing failure as an opportunity for growth, and being kinder to yourself during tough times.
