I had the pleasure of getting to know Doreen Dempsey this week in our recent conversation.
Doreen is a beautiful person and is someone who really supports and helps so many women in her work and in her life. I absolutely loved talking with her.
Doreen is a women’s health physio who also incorporates powerful holistic practices in her work. In our conversation Doreen explains her Body Code work and how it helps her so much in helping her patients.
Doreen is also an author and her book The Magic of Insight is on route to me as I type 🙏
In the book Doreen shares her wisdom on women’s health at all five life-stages, physiotherapy tools, the power of a positive mindset and good daily habits, as well as her understanding of reducing stress through emotional well-being strategies.
