On this week’s episode of Drifting On Purpose Addie interviews Azriel! She asks him about his families 14 year epic journey sailing around the world and how that has affected him as an adult. He discusses his mother’s journey as young 22 year old alone in Australia making her way back to the US with all of her world possessions in a bag and a baby on her hip. We use the ocean as a metaphor to discuss the difference between drifting and drifting on purpose and at what point in life did Azriel feel like he had that purpose. Addie also shares with us her experience when her “ship” crashed into the rocks and sank to the bottom of the ocean and what lessons she has learned. This is a really enjoyable and fun conversation and Azriel is so grateful to have the opportunity to share his story and his mother’s story with you. We hope this inspires you to set your sails and go out and enjoy this great adventure we call life!
