• Why doing shadow work allows us to reclaim more energy and gives us access to more of our innate capacities

• Why uncovering shadow ISN'T literal i.e. the things that bother us in others aren't always a direct correlation to what's in our shadow
• How shadow limits the range of ways we feel comfortable showing up in the world
• Signs someone has "hooked" into your shadow
• Viewing social media as a social watering hole where all of our social dynamics and fears surrounding our social standing are exposed
• What it means to allow your shadows to "ripen" to become ready to be integrated
