Welcome to episode 55 of Mind Bloom, your podcast on all things mental health through breast cancer.
I'm your host, Marina Gee, and this week we're talking about Facebook ads (or any other social media ads, for that matter) and how they got us working for their companies instead of the otehr way around. As breast cancer previvors and survivors, we have a story to tell and we need social media to share it with others. But the grind and the barriers keeping us practically invisible among the amount of competitors make us resort to practices that actually work against us, instead of the other way around.
I'm ecstatic to share with you the blog article Aviva Jewel has written for the Mind Bloom Journal. "What to Pack for a Mastectomy?" is one of her best, most insightful texts (and she's authored a ton of beautiful ones, believe me).
I've just released, literally hours ago, my first book (actually a working book and a journal) called The Thriving Trail. It's a whole lot of (new) habit tracking activities, journaling prompts, and a ton of bonus materials, covering fifty beautifully designed pages. It's also entirely free.
