  • Life is complicated and as much as we would love some straight-forward answers, it’s rare we get any. Lately we’ve been thinking about how our consumer habits might be harmful, and how to deal with trolls on social media in a healthy way. Whether it’s Amazon or Instagram, we can’t run from our lives and our society, so if we want to live the Best Life in this world we were given, we’re gonna need to practice some mindfulness in all the things we do.
