Recovering from narcissistic abuse is a journey and implementing the Grey Rock Method (or Gray Rock Method) can be a solid first step to begin healing after narcissistic abuse. There are many stages in recovering from narcissistic abuse. This video unpacks how to use the Grey Rock Method. Knowing when to do this is one of the many signs of healing from narcissistic abuse. An important component in the aftermath of narcissistic abuse is self-care and setting boundaries is an important part of this. Some people question the Grey Rock Method effectiveness, and I can tell you first hand I’ve used it and it worked! I even share how I did this myself in the video. The Grey Rock Method is just one example of when you know you’re DONE dealing with narcissists.
