I offer examples of practices, philosophy, and even discuss quantum physics! As well as how it can improve your health, bring huge levels of empowerment, and even help you to feel more deeply connected to your Soul, your spirit guides, and the consciousness that exists in all things. And I didn't even get to the Mahareeshi effect!!
One conscious breath, in and of itself is meditation.
And if Prayer is Speaking to God, then Meditation is hearing the response.
So, Do you even meditate babe? I think it's time you made a start!
