In addition, this list will keep you from getting too much in the weeds and instead train your mind to focus on what really matters. Part of the reason this is so successful is that you can have many goals as a real estate investor, and some of those goals can contradict each other. So this gives you a framework for consistency, and to have goals that are achievable for you, and leave those contradictory goals to people and organizations with other specialties.
