In this episode of the Athletic Warrior Project we go into further detail about our two core values: Fitness & Force. I feel that in order for us to move ahead in life, we need to keep our body in top form because the body fuels us to accomplish so many tasks in life. We go over strategies in how to improve our physical and mental health and also discuss about the importance of learning how to defend ourselves and protect our loved one's from danger (Force).
