    This one’s for the dark humor lovers—especially you, cystic fibrosis (CF) warriors. In this episode, we dive into the highs and lows of life with CF, sprinkled with humor only the cystic fibrosis community can truly appreciate.

    I talk about my most recent pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and take a moment to express heartfelt gratitude for Trikafta, a groundbreaking treatment that’s transforming lives. A huge thank-you to the cystic fibrosis researchers, the CF Foundation, and the entire community fighting alongside us—Andy says “thanks,” too!

    Join me as we explore how Trikafta has redefined the life span and quality of life for people with CF. This episode is a mix of humor, honesty, and hope for the future of cystic fibrosis.

The hosts, Mimi and Andy Salonen, talk about their experience as former foster parents and current adoptive parents.     Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a relatable, laughter-filled space where listeners can explore emotional health and relationships, while gaining practical advice from a licensed counselor and finding humor in everyday challenges.
