    Death isn't the end—it's a transition as natural and necessary as birth. This profound realization emerged as Hilary and Les shared their personal journeys from fear to understanding what exists beyond our physical bodies.

    Hilary's story begins with childhood anxiety about death that haunted her into adulthood. A palm reader's prediction that she might die in her 30s created years of fear until near-death-like experiences at 21 and 31 propelled her toward deeper exploration.
