  • Ep 103: Leveling Up On Another Level
    2024/12/24
What does leveling up look like for you? Improving performance in our fitness, job, business, or romantic relationships is a common goal we are familiar with. But how often do we intentionally level up how we see the world? More specifically, how frequently do we redefine the words we use, question our existing beliefs, or integrate our ego and intuition? Engaging in leveling up our broader picture of life supports success across all areas of our lives, whereas traditional goal setting intends to level up a specific area of life. In this episode, we look at the bigger picture of leveling up in service of the highest integrated version of ourselves. Who you become on your journey toward goals How are we feeling about all areas of our life? What does leveling up mean and look like for you? Leveling up the definitions of the words we use Distinguishing ego from intuition Question everything, especially existing beliefs Who we are now vs. who we want to be Balancing logical thinking and dreaming Shifting from head to heart and intuition ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 102: So You Feel Like An Imposter?
    2024/12/17
Imposter syndrome is like an annoying head cold that periodically appears in all of us. It often holds us back from becoming the highest versions of ourselves. Fear-based messaging throughout society since our childhood is at the root of it. We weren’t usually rewarded for taking risks, being authentic, and following our hearts. Rather, we were often rewarded for good behavior and conformity and shamed otherwise. What if imposter syndrome was just an indicator for us to check alignment with what and how we are pursuing as a goal? In this episode, we discuss the basic workings of imposter syndrome and perspectives on shifting our relationship to it. When does imposter syndrome show up? Comparison vs. judgment Fake it till you make it From understanding to embodiment Misalignment adds to feelings of being an imposter Importance of committing to the process Imposter syndrome is inevitable Defense to stay comfortable Consequences aren’t inherently bad Imposter syndrome is an internal indicator ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 101: All Things In Moderation
    2024/12/10
Moderation applies to much more than an overindulgence of the things we love to consume. Moderation is a key aspect of being human. It shows up, for example, in activity vs. recovery, saving vs. spending, giving vs. taking, etc. We all have a unique ongoing balance that supports the most and least aligned versions of ourselves. However, conditioned beliefs often stimulate confusion, including our comparison with society’s standards. So, how do you define moderation? Does this definition need to change? Where in your life are you showing up with too much or not enough of something? In this episode, we explore the importance of finding this balance within. Gauging moderation for yourself Intentionally moderating work vs. rest Self-awareness of physical and energetic signs Separating self-judgments from physical and energetic signs The automatic “I’m good” answer Everyone’s moderation is different Comparison with society’s standards From honesty to making aligned choices Moderation is an ongoing process Is your definition of moderation supporting you? ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi
