My physical healing journey was actually my intro to spiritual reality. This work is why I have so much faith in myself, my views, and my practice. I have lived many levels of self-healing.
Much discussed is anecdotal, because alignment is a personal journey! But there's some more tangible tips in there too. Especially toward the end!
