Beth has written four books about the mind and body including YogaFit, YogaLean, The YogaFit Athlete, and her latest best-selling book, Healing Trauma with Yoga & Mind-Body Techniques. Beth believes that wellness is different for everyone, which requires a unique mixture of physical, psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual practices to accomplish your goals.
